Outreach @ Park Chapel
From the start in 1986 before Park Chapel had elders we committed 10 percent of our income to outreach. This 10 percent went toward helping people in the community, benevolent organizations, people in Thailand and the Crisis Pregnancy Care Center.
Soon after a team of elders was formed, it was decided that we would pursue growing our 10 percent commitment until we reached 25 percent.
Park Chapel still partners with missionaries in Thailand and the Crisis Pregnancy Care Center (now Life Choices Care Center). Our outreach, however, has greatly expanded to strategically support many other ministry partners locally, domestically and globally, growing that commitment even further. Our global and local outreach efforts have now reached more than 27 percent.
