At Park Chapel we believe God has called us to Connect People to Jesus. Scripture demonstrates through Christ, the best way to connect people to Jesus is through discipleship. As you get to know us we hope you will join us in becoming disciples.
What inspires you? the underdog overcoming obstacles to achieve their dreams.
What's one of your proudest moments? being named the captain of the 1992 Jr. Olympic women's synchronized swimming team
Who is your greatest inspiration? my father-in-law
What has God shown you that surprises you? how unconventional & outside of the box He is
What inspires you? My wife and kids, who are the very picture of heaven I wake to each morning, inspire me to be more than I could be on my own. The student ministry team with which I serve inspires me to be a better leader than I could be on my own. The folks at Park Chapel who love and serve Jesus regularly without hesitation inspire me to love our God more deeply than I could on my own.
What Inspires you? checking off tasks on my list and watching it get smaller

What is your biggest challenge? allowing myself to take a break
What has God shown you that surprises you? that I am fully accepted just as I am
What's one of your proudest moments? Watching my son march around the parade deck at Camp Pendleton with such precision and become a Marine.
What's one book that's impacted you? Victory Over the Darkness by Neil T. Anderson
What inspires you? Fall ... I love the Fall season and the beautiful change of the trees and the soft breezes; I also am inspired by watching children grow spiritually
How did you come to Park Chapel and why did you stay? Moved here and Becky Hall lived across the street and told us what church she attended and referred me to MOPS. We stayed because we liked it and I loved MOPS.
What is your favorite genre of music? Christian and Country
What was your childhood ambition? to be a teacher, storyteller
What's on your reading list? Oh, wow. Working with Emotional Intelligence (Goleman), Necessary Endings (Cloud), Every Man’s Battle (Arterburn), Chronicles of Narina (Lewis), Thirsty for God (Holt)
What's something new God's been teaching you? cherish the small moments
What's your greatest indulgence? thinking about buying a motorcycle helmet
How did you come to Park Chapel? Why did you stay? My husband Nathan and I wanted to find a church in our community. We tried Park Chapel and immediately loved it. We love the teaching, the people, the vision, the worship, and the way this church loves people.
What is your favorite soundtrack? I can't pick just one. I love worship music, especially David Crowder Band, Chris Tomlin, and Hillsong United
