At Park Chapel we believe God has called us to Connect People to Jesus. Scripture demonstrates through Christ, the best way to connect people to Jesus is through discipleship. As you get to know us we hope you will join us in becoming disciples.

Adult Class Requests

Here at Park Chapel we believe that God has called us to Connect People to Jesus. We believe the best way to do that is through discipleship and that discipleship happens best within a reproducible process. For this reason we have a few things we require before a class can be launched at the church.

 

To Teach a Class

Whether you are a regular teacher or you are inquiring for the first time about teaching about Park Chapel, we ask all teachers to fulfill the following items.

1. Be a member. If you are not currently a member we invite you to attend our Staring Point class that happens on the first Sunday of the month. Register for Starting Point today. 
2. Meet with Lance Conway, our Adult Discipleship Minister. Lance wants to take some time and get to know you and your story. We believe that ministry happens through conversation and this is one of the first conversations we want you to have. 
3. Complete the Request Form. Requests can be submitted online or at Connecting Point.

Things to Know

We have semester based classes in order to clearly communicate what we can offer others in the discipleship process. You are welcome to teach classes outside of these semesters, but we will not be able to support your class with resources or communications. The semesters begin on the following dates...

Due to time constraints and the number of classes launching we require that all class request forms be turned in by the following deadlines prior to the corresponding class launches.

If your request is turned in by the deadline we will...

1. Order your materials
2. Communicate your class with the launch

1. Provide online registration
2. Provide you with a roster of registered participants 1 week after the class registration deadlines
